Explorers Lab students will:

- get their first taste of acrobatic training

- develop gross motor coordination
- build strength and flexibility

- increase physical awareness
- learn the basics of movement valuable for any sport

Under the guidance of their instructor, little ones will explore tumbling, trapeze, trampoline, aerial hoop, aerial silk, and juggling. The aim of the class is not only to prepare them for future circus studies but to also teach children the necessary physical awareness skills to allow safer play through increased coordination and prepare them for the pursuit of any other sport or physical activity. Warm-up and flexibility exercises are also a part of the class.

Beyond learning movement skills, the increased level of physical literacy children acquire in this class can reduce injuries on playgrounds, promote  active social participation in play and sports, and provide them with the basic movement buidling blocks for future success in sport.

Small class sizes ensure a maximum level of coach guidance and support.
