Sweat Lab


Sweat Lab is our new fitness class for adults only. Put down your boring weights, get off the treadmill, and work alongside our knowledgeable coaches as they walk you through a full body workout that’s guaranteed to build a burn!


We'll be working hard, breaking a sweat, having fun, and building functional muscle, as well as improving mobility.


Sweat Lab runs Tuesdays at 9:30am and Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
