KIDS CLASSES

We offer a variety of classes for kids ages 1 and up!

All students (aged 5-12) registered in our Fall Session will be automatically enrolled in our 2026 Christmas Showcase!

Where? The Circus Lab

When? December 11-13, 2026

Please note that a participation fee of $40 + GST will be charged automatically on September 14th. All students must provide a written note to OPT-OUT prior to this date (exceptions provided for students registering after this date).

Mom & Tot Circus (ages 1-3)

Introduce your little one to the joy of movement through circus-inspired play! Designed for toddlers and their caregiver, this interactive class encourages exploration, coordination, balance, and confidence through age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, music, and introductory circus activities.

Together, you'll enjoy quality time while building fundamental movement skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. 

Explorer’s Lab (ages 3-4)

Designed for curious young movers, Explorer's Lab introduces children to the exciting world of circus through play and age-appropriate skill development. Explorers will build balance, coordination, strength, and confidence while trying introductory circus activities and creative movement.

This class encourages independence, creativity, and a love of movement in a supportive and safe environment.

All-Around Circus Classes (ages 5-12)
Our one hour All-Around classes are perfect for students who are just joining us and would like to try everything before selecting a discipline, or for those  looking for a varied time at the circus who like to be on the go, do a little of everything, and keep trying new things! Students will get an introduction to the major circus disciplines:

  • Aerial Silks

  • Trapeze

  • Partner Acrobatics

  • Tumbling

  • Flexibility

  • Aerial Hoop

  • Juggling

  • Hand-Balancing

And more!

Junior Lab (ages 6-12)
Our Junior Lab classes are a 2-hour all-around circus class for the novice to intermediate student wanting to experience all that circus has to offer! This circus class covers all the fundamental disciplines of circus, such as:

  • Tumbling

  • Partner Acrobatics

  • Trapeze

  • Aerial Silks

  • Flexibility

  • Aerial Hoop

  • Hand-Balancing

  • Theatre/Improv Skills

  • Juggling

And more!

Aerial All Around Classes (ages 6-12)

For those who want to do a bit of everything in the air! This class will rotate through aerial silks, trapeze, and aerial hoop. With the opportunity to try some of our other aerial equipment as well!

Single Discipline Classes (ages 6-12)
Single discipline classes provide the most in-depth study of the student's choice of apparatus. The time will focus solely on warming up, the chosen discipline, conditioning related to the demands of the apparatus, and cool-down.
These classes are available for:

  • Aerial Silks

  • Tumbling / Acrobatics

  • Trampoline
