At Circus Lab, yoga isn't one-size-fits-all — it's a versatile practice that adapts to your mood, your goals, and your energy. Whether you’re brand new or looking to elevate your practice, our aerial yoga classes offer a unique way to build flexibility, core strength, and inner calm — all while hanging from a silk hammock. Please note all of our yoga classes are for those 18+. Choose from our unique class offerings:

  • Fitness Aerial Yoga

    This upbeat, full-body workout blends strength training, core engagement, and aerial movement — all using the hammock to challenge balance and stability. You’ll move through dynamic sequences that include supported inversions, holds, and functional strength drills. It’s sweaty, energizing, and way more fun than your average fitness class.

  • Candlelight Aerial Yoga

    A slower-paced class focused on relaxation and gentle movement. You'll use the hammock for supported stretches, calming breathwork, and restorative poses — all in a dim, candlelit setting designed to help you unwind. Ideal for reducing stress, improving mobility, and resetting after a long week.

  • Candlelight Yoga (Mat-Based)

    Prefer to keep your feet on the floor? Enjoy the same candlelit ambiance with a soothing, mat-based yoga flow. This class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and gentle stretching — no hammock required.
